Data retention period
Unless a more specific storage period has been specified, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, deletion will take place after these reasons no longer apply.
General information on the legal basis for data processing on this website
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR. In the event of giving consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or access to information in your end device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), the data processing is also carried out on the basis of Section 25 (1) of the GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time. If your data is required to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Recipients of personal data
As part of our business activities, we work together with external bodies and service providers. In some cases, it is also necessary to transfer personal data to these external bodies. We only pass on personal data to external bodies if this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. passing on data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in passing on data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR or if another legal basis permits the passing on of data. When using processors, we only pass on our customers’ personal data on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is concluded.
Typeform
We use Typeform from TYPEFORM SL, C/ Can Rabia 3-5, 4th floor, 08017 Barcelona, Spain (Typeform) for our contact form. This enables us to provide you with an easy way to contact us.
For this purpose, we pass on the following personal data to Typeform:
- First name and surname *
- Telephone number
- E-mail address *
- Company *

Typeform is the recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us. The processing of the data specified in this section is not required by law or contract. Without your consent and the transmission of your personal data, we cannot provide you with a contact form. However, you have the option of contacting us at the e-mail address provided above. The data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of sending inquiries and responding to them. The mandatory information is used to assign and respond to your request.
Typeform collects the following personal data with the help of cookies: Information about your end device (IP address, device information, operating system, browser settings). In addition, usage data such as the date and time when you used the contact form is collected. Typeform requires this data to ensure that the contact form is displayed and works properly. This corresponds to Typeform’s legitimate interest (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and the fulfilment of a contract (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The legal basis for this processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The revocation can be made via the contact options provided. Your data will be processed for as long as there is a reason for doing so. The declaration of revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out so far.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected. Apart from this, your data will be deleted after termination of the contract between us and Typeform, unless legal requirements make further storage necessary.
Technical information
Typeform uses its own and third-party cookies to analyze performance and learn where respondents come from. Cookie data is anonymous and does not contain any personal data. Possibly collected are:
